The Process
Most custom projects take approximately 8–12 weeks depending on complexity and studio schedule. During busy seasons, timelines may extend slightly.
To begin, simply fill out the Custom Consultation Form and we will get back to you within 1–3 business days.
1. Consultation
We begin with a complimentary consultation via email, phone, or video call. We’ll discuss your ideas, gemstones, metal options, budget, and timeline to determine the overall direction of the piece.
2. Design Deposit
After the consultation, you will receive an estimated price range and design direction.
To move forward, a non-refundable custom design deposit or 50% deposit is required. This covers design development, sourcing, sketching, and project planning. The deposit will be applied toward the final total.
Once work begins, deposits are non-refundable.
3. Gemstone Sourcing
We carefully source gemstones based on your project and budget.
We work with responsibly sourced natural gemstones, lab grown diamonds, reclaimed diamonds, and heirloom stones provided by clients.
4. Design Development
Once the gemstone is selected, we refine the design and share sketches or renderings for approval. Minor revisions are included during this stage. Major design changes after approval may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Once approved, production begins.
5. Crafting
Each piece is created using a thoughtful combination of modern and traditional jewelry techniques. Depending on the design, this may include wax carving, CAD, casting, hand fabrication, and detailed hand finishing.
We choose the best technique, or combination of techniques, to bring each piece to life with care, durability, and attention to detail.
6. Final Payment & Shipping
Once completed, your piece is quality checked, photographed, and prepared for shipment.
Final payment must be completed before shipping. All finished pieces are shipped insured with signature confirmation required.

• Design deposits are non refundable
• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on complexity and studio schedule
• Small variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the work
• We do not reuse customer gold in new pieces
• Scrap gold may be purchased and credited toward your project total
