This website is operated by LEL Designs LLC, doing business as Ellie Lee Fine Jewelry. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ellie Lee Fine Jewelry.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS

Many of our pieces are made to order or one of a kind and may have limited availability.

We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen will reflect them perfectly.

SECTION 6 – CUSTOM WORK & DESIGN PROCESS

We specialize in made to order and custom pieces.

A non refundable deposit is required to begin any custom project. This deposit covers design time, sourcing, and materials. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.

Design revisions are typically offered within 2 to 3 rounds and we aim to remain flexible. If changes significantly alter the original scope, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

Final design approval is required before production begins. Once approved, the piece will move into production and further changes may not be possible.

SECTION 7 – PRODUCTION TIMELINE

All timelines provided are estimates. While we do our best to meet them, timelines are not guaranteed and may shift depending on design complexity, sourcing, and production.

SECTION 8 – HANDMADE & NATURAL VARIATION

Each piece is made by hand using a combination of traditional and modern techniques. Slight variations in texture, finish, and detail are part of the process.

Natural gemstones vary in color, tone, and internal characteristics. These differences are part of their beauty.

Sketches, renderings, and mockups are provided as visual guides. The final piece may vary slightly as details are refined during the making process.

SECTION 9 – PRICING & CHANGES

All estimates are based on the initial design direction. If changes affect materials, scale, or complexity, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

SECTION 10 – ORDERS & BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and contact information.

SECTION 11 – FINAL SALE & RETURNS

Custom and made to order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Ready to ship items may be eligible for return according to our Return Policy.

SECTION 12 – CARE & RESPONSIBILITY

Fine jewelry should be worn with care. We are not responsible for damage due to normal wear, impact, or misuse.

Stones may loosen over time and regular maintenance is recommended.

SECTION 13 – SHIPPING

Orders are shipped insured and may require a signature upon delivery.

Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please ensure a secure delivery location.

SECTION 14 – THIRD PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We are not responsible for third party services or links accessed through our site.

SECTION 15 – USER COMMENTS

Any comments or submissions may be used by us without restriction. You agree your submissions do not violate any laws or third party rights.
