Return & Exchange Policy
When you make a purchase, you are agreeing to the following policies:
- “Ready to Ship” pieces that have not been resized or altered can be returned within 10 days of delivery. A restocking fee of $30 will apply. Please contact us to verify the eligibility before shipping.
- Please note that you are responsible for the shipping fee. Your refund will process once we inspect the piece and approve the return. We are not responsible for items lost during shipment.
- All made to order pieces including custom design pieces are final sale. Please make your selection carefully and feel free to contact us with questions.
